DATE
22 September 2020 - 4PM AEST, 2PM AWST
OVERVIEW
As we all know, the shipping industry must decarbonise in an efficient and sustainable manner to meet the IMO targets. To do this we must take a 2 pronged approach - grow our LNG fleet and bunkering capacity, as the cleanest marine fuel available today, while at the same time, work relentlessly on zero-emissions solutions.
A recent peer reviewed well to wake LCA study for LNG from NW Australia found a 33% reduction in GHG emissions. This webinar is going to look at both the Well to Tank and the Tank to Wake elements of LNG and associated emissions. We will discuss where the industry has come from and its plans for future GHG emissions reduction.
