  • PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations within 7 working days of the Event date are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations will only accepted 7 days prior to the event and must be received in writing. A reply to the cancellation will be made via email and at this time, your cancellation will be considered accepted. Please review our cancellation policy for full terms and conditions relating to bookings for our events.
Cancellation Policy
  1. Booking Policy:By registering for the event (includes bookings made through the online booking system) you accept that you have confirmed your booking and that payment will be due as per the advertised ticket price for the event. Cancellations will only be accepted if they meet the terms and conditions outlined in the cancellation policy.
  2. Cancellation Policy. Cancellation must be received in writing (includes email) and must be received by Close of Business at least seven (7) working days before the event to be entitled to a refund for the booking. The cancellation will be acknowledged by return email (or alternative method and in writing) and at this time your cancellation will be considered confirmed. 
Non-Attendance: If you do not attend an event without adhering to the cancellation policy, no refund will be provided.
Substitute/Name Changes: You can provide a substitute for your booking without charge if you let us know at least seven (7) working days before the event. If the name change is received less than 7 days prior to an event a $20 administration fee will be charged.
  1. Administration Fee: All changes, refunds or credits will incur a $22 ($20.00 plus $2.00 GST) fee for administrative costs
